War Machine

War Machine (James Rupert “Rhodey” Rhodes) is a fictional superhuman showing up in American comic books distributed by Marvel Comics. Jim Rhodes initially showed up in Iron Man #118 (January 1979) by David Michelinie and John Byrne. The War Machine defensive layer, which turned into his mark protected battlesuit, was made by Len Kaminski and Kevin Hopgood.

In 2012, War Machine was positioned 31st in IGN’s rundown of “The Top 50 Avengers”. The character has been included in the Iron Man vivified arrangement, the Iron Man: Armored Adventures arrangement, and the enlivened film The Invincible Iron Man. USAF Lt.Colonel James Rhodes was depicted by Terrence Howard in Iron Man, which happens before Rhodes went up against the War Machine mantle, and by Don Cheadle as a USAF Colonel in Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and is relied upon to do as such in the fourth Avengers film Avengers: Endgame in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
